Text
(A)The chancellor of higher education, in collaboration with the department of education and workforce, the department of job and family services, the inter-university council, the association of independent colleges and universities, and any other relevant entities, shall establish the public policy research consortium on higher education. The consortium shall develop and maintain a biennial statewide research agenda that identifies key policy challenges and research priorities crucial to the state's future, drawing on input from policymakers, practitioners, and community stakeholders. The goals of the statewide research agenda shall be to do all of the following:
