Not later than December 31, 2014, the chancellor of higher education shall make available, in a prominent location on the chancellor's web site, a complete inventory of education programs that focus on workforce development and training that includes both of the following:

(A)Programs offered by state institutions of higher education, as defined in section3345.011of the Revised Code, adult career-technical institutions, and all private nonprofit and for-profit postsecondary institutions operating in the state;

(B)Programs registered with the apprenticeship council established under Chapter 4139. of the Revised Code. The chancellor may update this inventory as necessary.
