Text

The chancellor of higher education shall require each state institution of higher education, as defined in section3345.011of the Revised Code, when reporting student data to the chancellor under any provision of law, to use the student's data verification code assigned under division (D)(2) of section3301.0714of the Revised Code, if that code was included in the student's records submitted to the institution by the student's high school or by another state institution of higher education.
