(A)As used in this section:
(1)"In-demand job" means a job that is determined to be in demand in this state and its regions under section6301.11of the Revised Code.
(2)"Ohio technical center" means a center that provides adult technical education services and is recognized by the chancellor of higher education.
(3)"State institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
(B)Not later than January 1, 2018, the chancellor of higher education shall create an inventory of both credit and non-credit certificate programs and industry-recognized credentials offered at state institutions of higher education and Ohio technical centers that align with in-demand jobs in the state.
