Text
When making an award under the choose Ohio first scholarship program, the chancellor of higher education, subject to approval by the controlling board, may commit to giving a state university's or college's proposal preference for future awards after the current fiscal year or fiscal biennium. A proposal's eligibility for future awards remains conditional on all of the following:
(A)Future appropriations of the general assembly;
(B)The university's or college's adherence to the agreement entered into under section3333.65of the Revised Code, including its fulfillment of pledges of other institutional, public, or nonpublic resources;
(C)A demonstration that the students receiving the scholarship are satisfied with the state universities or colleges selected by the chancellor to offer t
