Text

The chancellor of higher education shall require each state university or college, and any nonpublic Ohio university or college with which the state university or college is collaborating, that the controlling board approves to receive an award under the choose Ohio first scholarship program to enter into an agreement governing the use of an award under the program. The agreement shall contain terms the chancellor determines to be necessary. The chancellor may require a state university or college or a nonpublic Ohio university or college that violates the terms of the agreement to repay the award plus interest at the rate required by section5703.47of the Revised Code.
