Text
(A)As used in this section:
(1)"For-profit private college" means a career college in this state that holds a certificate of registration from the chancellor of higher education under Chapter 3332. of the Revised Code or a private institution exempt from regulation under Chapter 3332. of the Revised Code as prescribed in section3333.046of the Revised Code.
(2)"State institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
(B)The chancellor shall prepare a transferability strategy plan that defines criteria, policies, procedures, and timelines that would enable students to transfer agreed upon courses completed through a for-profit private college to a state institution of higher education without unnecessary duplication or institutional barrier
