(A)At the end of each academic year, the chancellor of higher education shall develop and release a report that includes all of the following information:

(1)The total number of courses that were successfully transferred to state institutions of higher education under sections3333.16to3333.164of the Revised Code, during the most recent academic year for which data is available;

(2)The total number of courses that were not accepted for transfer at state institutions of higher education under sections3333.16to3333.164of the Revised Code, during the most recent academic year for which data is available;

(3)The number of students who earned an associate degree at a community college, a state community college, or a university branch that was successfully transferred to a state universit

(B) As used in this section, "state institution of higher education" and "state university" have the same meanings as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
