(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Armed forces" has the same meaning as in section3313.471of the Revised Code.
(2)"Private institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section5919.34of the Revised Code.
(3)"State institution of higher education" has the same meaning as in section3345.011of the Revised Code.
(B)The chancellor of higher education shall do all of the following with regard to the awarding of college credit for military training, experience, and coursework:
(1)Develop a set of standards and procedures for state institutions of higher education to utilize in the granting of college credit for military training, experience, and coursework;
(2)Create a military articulation and transfer assurance guide for college credit that is earned through military tr
