Text

The chancellor of higher education, in accordance with section111.15of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules as necessary to implement and administer sections3333.13to3333.136of the Revised Code. Notwithstanding any provision of section121.95of the Revised Code to the contrary, a regulatory restriction contained in a rule adopted under this section is not subject to sections121.95to121.953of the Revised Code.
