Text

Each biennium, the chancellor of higher education shall designate by rule any county with a ratio of attorneys maintaining interest-bearing trust accounts pursuant to section4705.09of the Revised Code to the population in the county equal to or less than one to fifteen hundred as an underserved community. The Ohio access to justice foundation, pursuant to division (A) of section120.521of the Revised Code, shall assist the chancellor by determining the ratio described in this section.
