Text
(A)As used in this section, "eligible student" means a student to whom all of the following apply:
(1)The student receives an Ohio college opportunity grant under section3333.122of the Revised Code.
(2)The student has completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree program.
(3)The student is making progress toward completing the student's bachelor's degree program.
(B)In addition to the Ohio college opportunity grant a student is awarded under section3333.122of the Revised Code, the chancellor shall award an eligible student with a supplemental grant. Funding for this supplemental grant shall be paid for from funds appropriated for grants awarded under section3333.122of the Revised Code.
