Text
The chancellor of higher education may require a state institution of higher education, as defined in section3345.011of the Revised Code, to conduct a viability analysis of any program offered at that institution and submit the findings of the analysis to the chancellor, if the chancellor determines that the program has a low completion rate, low enrollment rate, or meets other criteria determined relevant by the chancellor. The chancellor may adopt rules to implement this section.
