The issuance of a permit pursuant to sections3332.10and3332.11of the Revised Code does not constitute approval of any program or the person offering, conducting, or otherwise administering the program, unless such person holds the certificate of registration and appropriate program authorization required by section3332.05of the Revised Code. Any representation contrary to this section or tending to imply that a permit issued pursuant to sections3332.10and3332.11of the Revised Code constitutes such approval is misrepresentation within the meaning of this chapter.
