Text

The state board of career colleges and schools shall direct that a written survey be obtained by schools subject to this chapter, which shall be used to solicit comments from students enrolled at such schools. The board shall establish the guidelines for the survey by rule. The survey shall be designed to determine student satisfaction with the quality of instruction, facilities, school personnel, and business operations, including recruitment and recruitment agents. The board shall adopt rules for the administration of surveys and shall include provisions to ensure student anonymity. Surveys shall be administered prior to the end of each school year.
