Text

Any agent's permit applied for pursuant to section3332.10of the Revised Code shall be granted or denied within thirty days of the receipt of the application by the state board of career colleges and schools. If the board has not completed its determination with respect to the issuance of a permit within such thirty-day period, it shall issue a temporary permit to the applicant, which permit is sufficient to meet the requirements of section3332.10of the Revised Code until such time as such determination is made.
