Text
Any school subject to this chapter receiving money under section3333.122of the Revised Code on behalf of a student who is determined by the state board of career colleges and schools to be ineligible under such section because the program in which the student is enrolled does not lead to an associate or baccalaureate degree, shall be liable to the state for the amount specified in section3333.122of the Revised Code. The state board of career colleges and schools shall suspend the certificate of registration of a school receiving money under section3333.122of the Revised Code for such ineligible student until such time as the money is repaid to the department of higher education.
