Text

(A)The state board of career colleges and schools may, except as provided in division (B) of this section, limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew a certificate of registration or program authorization or may impose a penalty pursuant to section3332.091of the Revised Code for any one or combination of the following causes:
(1)Violation of any provision of sections3332.01to3332.09of the Revised Code, the board's minimum standards, or any rule made by the board;
(2)Furnishing of false, misleading, deceptive, altered, or incomplete information or documents to the board;
(3)The holding of a certificate of registration by a person who has pleaded guilty or has been found guilty of a felony or has pleaded guilty or been found guilty of a crime involving moral turpitude;
