Text
A superintendent, supervisor, principal, or teacher employed by any board of education shall not act as sales agent, either directly or indirectly, for any person, firm, or corporation that files school textbooks or electronic textbooks with the department of education and workforce, or that sells school apparatus or equipment of any kind for use in the public schools. A violation of this section shall work a forfeiture of their licenses to teach in the public schools.
