At any regular meeting, the board of education  of each local, city, and exempted village school district shall  determine by a majority vote of all members elected or appointed  under division (B) or (F) of section3311.71of the Revised Code  which of such textbooks or electronic textbooks so filed shall be  used in the schools under its control.
