Text
A child support enforcement agency shall select obligors for inclusion on a poster from obligors that meet the criteria in section3123.952of the Revised Code. The agency shall send notice to each obligor whose name is being considered for display on a poster. The notice shall be sent by regular mail to the obligor's last known address and shall include the information specified in section3123.956of the Revised Code.
