Text
The issuance of a withholding notice in accordance with section3123.021of the Revised Code does not affect the obligor's right to contest pursuant to sections3123.04and3123.05of the Revised Code an identification of default or the amount of arrearages identified under the default.
The timely filing of a written request or motion for an administrative or court hearing under section3123.04or3123.05of the Revised Code does not cause the suspension of a withholding notice issued in accordance with section3123.021of the Revised Code.
