Text
If a court or child support enforcement agency makes a final and enforceable determination pursuant to sections3123.01to3123.07of the Revised Code that an obligor is in default under a support order, the child support enforcement agency administering the support order shall contact at least one consumer reporting agency in this state and provide to the consumer reporting agency the obligor's name, address, and social security number or other identification number and any other identifying information concerning the obligor the child support enforcement agency has. A child support enforcement agency shall not charge a consumer reporting agency a fee for information provided by the child support enforcement agency pursuant to this section.
