Text
(A)As used in this section, "prison," "prison term," and "jail" have the same meanings as in section2929.01of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding any other section of the Revised Code, including sections5145.16and5147.30of the Revised Code, and except as provided in section3121.08of the Revised Code, twenty-five per cent of any money earned pursuant to section5145.16or5147.30of the Revised Code by a prisoner in a prison or jail who is an obligor in default under a child support order according to the records of the child support enforcement agency administering the order, shall be paid to the office of child support.
