Text
As used in sections3123.82to3123.823of the Revised Code:
(A)"Obligor" means a person who owes "overdue support," as defined in section 666 of Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 98 Stat. 1306 (1984), 42 U.S.C. 666, as amended, and any rules promulgated under Title IV-D.
(B)"Overpaid child support" means amounts paid to an obligee under a child support order prior to termination of the child support order that exceed the amount required to be paid under the child support order, have not been impounded under section3119.90or3119.92of the Revised Code, and have not been repaid to the obligor under the child support order.
