Text

A child support enforcement agency shall file a notice requesting that the county recorder discharge the lien if one of the following applies:

(A)The lien is satisfied through an action pursuant to section3123.74of the Revised Code.
(B)The obligor makes full payment of the arrearage to the office of child support in the department of job and family services or, pursuant to sections3125.27to3125.30of the Revised Code, to the agency that is the basis of the lien.
(C)The agency releases the lien pursuant to section3123.76of the Revised Code.
