Text
On receiving a copy of a lien filed in another state that is similar to a lien described in section3123.67of the Revised Code, a copy of the order for child support that is the basis of the lien, and a copy of the court or administrative determination finding the obligor to be in default under the child support order, the office of child support in the department of job and family services shall examine the lien and the other documents and determine whether the lien is in compliance with federal child support law and regulations. If the office determines that the lien is in compliance, the office shall determine the counties of this state in which is located real or personal property of the obligor that may be subjected to the lien.
