Text
The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement sections3123.41to3123.50,3123.53to3123.60, and3123.62of the Revised Code. The rules shall include both of the following:
(A)Requirements concerning the contents of, and the conditions for issuance of, a notice required by section3123.44or3123.55of the Revised Code. The rules shall require the contents of the notice to include information about the effect of a license suspension and appropriate steps that an individual can take to avoid license suspension.
(B)Requirements establishing standards for confirming an individual's employment or the existence of an account pursuant to sections3123.45and3123.56of the Revised Code.
