Text
Notwithstanding section119.06of the Revised Code, the registrar of motor vehicles shall not hold any hearing in connection with an order refusing to issue or renew a license, permit, or endorsement for, or suspending a license, permit, or endorsement of, an individual pursuant to section3123.58of the Revised Code.
