Text

A child support enforcement agency that sent a notice to a board of an individual's default under a child support order shall send to each board to which the agency sent the notice a further notice that the individual is not in default if it determines that the individual is not in default or any of the following occurs:

(A)The individual makes full payment to the office of child support in the department of job and family services or, pursuant to sections3125.27to3125.30of the Revised Code, to the child support enforcement agency of the arrearage as of the date the payment is made.
(B)If division (A) is not possible, the individual has presented to the agency sufficient evidence of current employment or of an account in a financial institution, the agency has confirmed th
