Text

If a person to whom a notice is sent under section3123.29of the Revised Code fails to file a timely request for an administrative hearing, the child support enforcement agency that sent the notice shall send a withdrawal directive to the financial institution pursuant to section3123.37of the Revised Code. A copy of this notice shall be sent to the obligor.
