Text
(A)If, as a result of information obtained pursuant to an agreement under section3121.74of the Revised Code, the office of child support in the department of job and family services finds or receives notice that identifies an obligor in default who maintains an account with a financial institution, the office shall, within one business day, enter the information into the case registry established pursuant to section3121.81of the Revised Code.
(B)If a child support enforcement agency, upon notice or discovery of an account, determines that an obligor in default under a support order administered by the agency maintains an account in a financial institution, the agency shall determine whether the obligor is subject to a final and enforceable determination of default made under sections31
