Text

The facts stated in the petition mentioned in section2321.21of the Revised Code, shall be considered as denied, without answer. If the service is complete in vacation, the case shall be heard and summarily decided at the ensuing term, and when completed in term, within twenty days after service. The case shall be placed on the trial docket, and the witnesses examined in open court, or their depositions taken as in other cases.
