A person who holds a current, valid license issued under Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse may take any action that may be taken by an attending physician under sections2133.21to2133.26of the Revised Code and has the immunity provided by section2133.22of the Revised Code if the action is taken pursuant to a standard care arrangement with a collaborating physician. A person who holds a license to practice as a physician assistant issued under Chapter 4730. of the Revised Code may take any action that may be taken by an attending physician under sections2133.21to2133.26of the Revised Code and has the immunity provided by section2133.22of the Revised Code if the action is taken pursuant to a supervision agreement entered into under section
