Text

Execution and proceedings in aid of execution in a county court shall be in accordance with Chapters 2327., 2329., 2331., and 2333. of the Revised Code and with any other provisions of the Revised Code that relate to execution and proceedings in aid of execution in the courts of common pleas. The provisions of Chapter 2329. of the Revised Code relating to third party claims to property that is the subject of execution also apply in county courts.
