Text
An appeal shall be allowed to the court of appeals from the judgment of a judge of a county court rendered under section1907.43of the Revised Code on an award, on the ground that the award was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means.
If the court of appeals determines that the award was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means, it shall enter its judgment and remand the case to the judge of the county court for trial and judgment.
