Text
When, within the period mentioned in section1907.44of the Revised Code, satisfactory proof is adduced before the judge of the county court that the award was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means, the judge may set aside the award and his judgment on it, and proceed to final trial and judgment, as if the award never had been made.
