Text
Every judgment rendered on an award under section1907.43of the Revised Code, concludes the rights of the parties, unless it appears to the county court judge who rendered the judgment within ten days from its rendition, or to the court of appeals on appeal, that the award was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means.
