Text
(A)In a civil action for the recovery of money that is before a judge of a county court, the plaintiff may have an order of attachment against the property, other than personal earnings, of the defendant upon or at any time after its commencement, only in accordance with Chapter 2715. of the Revised Code. Additionally, in such a civil action before a judge of a county court, an attachment against the property, other than personal earnings, of a defendant, that is in the possession of another person, may be accomplished prior to the entry of judgment only pursuant to a garnishment proceeding in accordance with section2715.091and related provisions of Chapter 2715. of the Revised Code.
