Text
After the bodies referred to in section1713.34of the Revised Code have been subjected to medical or surgical examination or dissection or for the study of embalming, the remains thereof shall be interred, or shall be cremated and the ashes interred, in some suitable place at the expense of the parties in whose keeping the corpse was placed.
