Text

The alumni composing the alumni association of a university or college referred to in section1713.12of the Revised Code may elect as members of the board of trustees of such university or college, as many members of such alumni association as there are members of the class of alumni trustees assigned or apportioned to said alumni association by the board. Such class shall constitute not less than one fifth of the entire board, not including the president. This election shall be held under such regulations as the alumni association prescribes, and the result shall be certified by the proper officials of the alumni association to the board and entered upon the records of said board.
