Text
(A)Whoever violates section1518.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(B)Whoever violates section1518.05of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined not less than two thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars.
