Text

(A)No person shall violate a rule adopted or condition of a permit issued under section1518.03of the Revised Code.

(B)The attorney general, upon the request of the chief of the division of natural areas and preserves, shall prosecute any person who violates section1518.02of the Revised Code or this section.
