Text
§ 7-702 Districts. For any or all of said purposes the board of\ntrustees may divide the village into districts of such number, shape and\narea as may be deemed best suited to carry out the purposes of this\narticle; and within such districts it may regulate and restrict the\nerection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair or use of\nbuildings, structures or land. All such regulations shall be uniform for\neach class or kind of buildings throughout each district but the\nregulations in one district may differ from those in other districts.\n
