§ 15-1504 Rules and regulations. The board of cemetery commissioners\nmay adopt reasonable rules and regulations for:\n 1. The care, management and protection of the cemetery grounds.\n 2. The use, care and protection of lots in such cemeteries.\n 3. The conduct of persons within the cemetery grounds, and the\nexclusion of improper persons therefrom.\n 4. Regulating the dividing marks between the various lots and parts of\nlots in cemeteries and their size, shape and location.\n 5. Preventing or regulating monuments, effigies and structures within\nthe same.\n 6. Regulating or preventing the introduction and growth of plants,\ntrees and shrubs within such grounds.\n 7. The prevention of the burial in any lot or part of any lot of any\nperson not entitled to be buried therein.\n S
