§ 29-c. Veteran maternity care. The women veterans coordinator shall\nadminister a veteran maternity care program. The duties and\nresponsibilities of the women veterans coordinator with respect to such\nprogram shall be:\n 1. Serving as a liaison between the United States department of\nveterans affairs (VA) including VA maternity care coordinators located\nin the state, the department of health and the office of mental health\nto facilitate better coordination of veteran maternity care in the state\nand cooperation in addressing issues related to veteran reproductive\nmental health care;\n 2. Disseminating available information to maternity care providers and\nexpectant veterans regarding identifying and treating common mental and\nphysical conditions experienced by veterans that can
