§ 219 — Interstate compacts
§ 219. Interstate compacts. Whenever any provision of this chapter\nshall provide for or establish a compact or reciprocal recognition of\nvehicle registrations with another state or states, the governor or\ncommissioner may enter into a written agreement or compact with any\nstate authorized to be a party to such compact or affected by such\nreciprocal provisions, provided that the conditions and terms of such\nagreement or compact are consistent with the provisions of this chapter\npertaining to such compact or reciprocal recognition of vehicle\nregistrations.\n
