§ 2131 — Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge

§ 2131. Evidence of criminal intent or knowledge. In a prosecution for\na crime specified in this article, evidence that the defendant has\ncommitted a prior act or acts of the same kind is admissible to prove\ncriminal intent or knowledge.\n
