* § 2123. Exclusiveness of procedure. The method provided in this\narticle of perfecting and giving notice of security interests subject to\nthis article is exclusive. Security interests subject to this article\nare hereby exempted from the provisions of law which otherwise relate to\nthe perfection of security interests, including but not limited to\nsection 9-313 of the uniform commercial code.\n * NB Effective until December 12, 2026\n * § 2123.
