§ 1225-b. Retail sale of frozen desserts by motor vehicle;\nrestrictions. 1. No person operating a motor vehicle engaged in retail\nsales of frozen desserts as that term is defined in subdivision\nthirty-seven of section three hundred seventy-five of this chapter\ndirectly to pedestrians shall engage in any such retail sale:
(a)unless\nsuch motor vehicle is lawfully parked or stopped;
(b)to any person,\nunless such sale occurs from the side of the vehicle away from moving\ntraffic and as near as possible to the curb or shoulder of the roadway;\nand (c) to any person standing in the roadway.\n 2. A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not\nmore than fifty dollars.\n
